Torrance, Calif.-based Morinaga Nutritional Foods has added a Japanese touch to a traditional breakfast and snack option: yogurt. Said to be the first of its kind, Alove is a kosher-certified yogurt snack that contains aloe, said to be a good source of protein and calcium with no artificial flavors.
Alove Drinkable Aloe Vera Yogurt
Morinaga Nutritional Foods Inc., the makers of Alove yogurt, is serving up a new drinkable low-fat Japanese-style yogurt that contains aloe vera gel pieces. Alove's new yogurts come in in 7-fluid-ounce bottles in such varieties as Original Aloe Vera, Coconut and Strawberry Banana. SRP is $1.99-$2.19 per bottle.

(MNF) announced it will debut a new line of drinkable low-fat Alove brand aloe vera Japanese-style yogurt at the upcoming Natural Products Expo West show in Anaheim, CA. The new drinkable low-fat yogurt line will be available in three flavors: Original Aloe Vera, Coconut, and Strawberry Banana.

Morinaga Nutritional Foods, Inc., debuted three flavors of its aloe vera-based Japanese-style yogurt, ALOVE, at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. After a successful US launch last summer, Morinaga, the creators of ALOVE yogurt, are adding Peach, Kiwi and Vanilla flavors. Current ALOVE aloe vera yogurt flavors include Original Aloe Vera, Strawberry and Blueberry.
