Blueberry Pistachio Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

2 containers of blueberry Alove yogurt

3/4 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup dry roasted, unsalted pistachios (coarsely chopped)

PREPARATION

  1. Pour 2 containers of blueberry Alove yogurt into a bowl, then add fresh blueberries and coarsely chopped pistachios. Stir well.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, making sure that the paper goes up the sides of the pan. Pour the yogurt mixture into the baking pan and spread evenly.
  3. Freeze 2-4 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and cut into pieces with a knife or simply break into pieces by hand.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: Cutting with a knife will produce a beautiful, clean cross-section of the fruits and nuts. Breaking by hand will create more of a rough “bark” look.
